We offer our associations several convenient and free options for paying dues and assessments.

Online Payment

To make an online payment via eCheck or credit card (one time & recurring options), click on the link below. Please note that there is a $14.95 convenience fee if you pay via credit card but no cost to pay by electronic check. It will ask you for an account number and that would be your last name.

ACH/Recurring Automatic Draft

​ If you choose to have your dues automatically deducted from your account when they are due, please fill out the ACH authorization form found under the documents tab. This will be drafted from your account on the 15th of the month that it is due.

Your Bank's Online Bill-Pay

​Set up your association as a payee with your bank's online banking bill-pay. Please set up as follows:

    Payee: Association Name

    Address: Jim Curley Properties

    Account Name: This would be your last name
