- Attend all board meetings and the annual meeting.
- Prepare and mail notices, proxies, ballots and agendas for the Annual Meeting in accordance with the by-laws.
- Keep by-laws current and any additional rules and regulations the Board of Directors deem fit to enact.
- Maintain an up to date directory of residents and renters.
- Maintain all records for the association.
- Solicit bids for the Association liability insurance and oversee all insurance claims and payments.
