•  Attend all board meetings and the annual meeting.
  •  Prepare and mail notices, proxies, ballots and agendas for the Annual Meeting in accordance with the by-laws.
  •  Keep by-laws current and any additional rules and regulations the Board of Directors deem fit to enact.
  •  Maintain an up to date directory of residents and renters.
  •  Maintain all records for the association.
  •  Solicit bids for the Association liability insurance and oversee all insurance claims and payments.
